ReSell – Safe ticket reselling

Can’t make it to the event? Or looking for a ticket to a sold-out show? Biletti’s ReSell is a ticket resale feature that allows you to reliably sell your unused ticket or safely purchase a ticket from another user.

Buying through ReSell is always safe, as the original ticket is voided and the new buyer receives a completely new ticket with a unique serial number. This effectively prevents scams and the use of fake tickets.

ReSell in a nutshell

ReSell is available only for logged-in users. If you bought your ticket without logging in, you can create an account using the same email address and add your order to your account.

If the ReSell feature appears on the event page and in your order, it is automatically available to you. If you don’t see the feature, you can ask about its availability at: biletti@asiakaspalvelu.fi

ReSell closes when the event begins. After that, it is no longer possible to buy or sell a ticket.

A €2 service fee is charged for each successful resale.

You may add up to 10% to the original ticket price to cover resale handling costs. You can also choose to sell your ticket at a lower price.

If the ticket was purchased using a cultural benefit, you will receive a gift card in return, which can be used for any Biletti event within a year.

Biletti does not refund unsold tickets.

Instructions: How to sell your ticket through ReSell

1. Log in to your Biletti account from here >>

2. Go to "Orders" and select the order from which you want to sell a ticket

3. Choose the ticket you want to sell

4. Click "Sell ticket through ReSell"

5. Set your desired price – remember, you can only increase the original price by a maximum of 10% to cover fees, or sell it at a lower price

6. If you wish, you can use a private link to sell the ticket directly to a friend, without making it publicly available

7. When the ticket is on sale, everyone in the event's queue will receive an email about the available ticket

8. The fastest buyer gets the ticket – it cannot be reserved in a cart, it must be purchased immediately

9. Once your ticket is purchased, the original QR code is voided and the buyer receives a new ticket

10. You will receive payment to your account within approximately one week – payouts are processed on Thursdays

Open the ticket page of the event you’re interested in and check if ReSell tickets are available. If they are, act quickly – tickets go to the fastest payer and cannot be reserved for later.

Frequently Asked Questions

I bought a ticket without an account. Can I use ReSell? Yes. Create a Biletti account using the same email address you used for the purchase. Once logged in, you can add your order to your account and use the ReSell feature.

When will I receive the money from my sold ticket? Resales are processed early in the week (usually on Monday or Tuesday), and payouts are made on Thursdays. Please note that the payout may take around a week.

Can I choose who to sell the ticket to? Yes. You can create a private link and share it with the person of your choice. The ticket will not be listed for public sale in this case.

Can a ReSell sale be canceled? You can remove the ticket from sale at no cost, as long as it hasn’t been purchased or placed in someone’s cart. The service fee only applies to successful sales. Once a ticket is purchased, the sale is binding and cannot be canceled.

Why can’t I buy a ReSell ticket? ReSell tickets cannot be reserved in a shopping cart. The ticket goes to the first person who completes the payment. This may cause high demand, especially for popular events.
