Service fees
In addition to the ticket price, handling and payment method fees are charged per ticket. An order service fee is added when an Epassi payment is split into two parts. No other separate delivery or order fees apply. Handling and payment method fees are determined based on the ticket price according to the tier below.
If changes are made to tickets, the change fees apply per order, meaning they cover the entire order regardless of the number of tickets.

Order-specific fees
Order service fee when paying in two parts with Epassi0.65€
The service fee covers order processing, confirmation, digital delivery and order-related customer service. It is charged once per order.
Resale fees
Resale service fee for the seller€0.65 + 4%, maximum €5.00
A per-ticket service fee is deducted from each successful resale. The fee is calculated from the resale price and includes VAT.
