Purchased tickets are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled, see the section "Cancellation of the event".
Biletti is not responsible for changes or cancellations of events. The organizer of the event is responsible for refunds of advance tickets for a canceled event. When the event is cancelled, the event organizer will inform about the procedure, how to deal with returns or possible compensation issues. Ticket delivery costs are not refunded even if the event is cancelled.
A 1.00-2.00€ delivery fee and handling fee will be added to the ticket sales price, depending on the ticket price. Culture benefit payment types (Smartum, Epassi, Edenred) will be added 3% payment provision. Paying with paypal will be added 4% payment provision.
Resale of tickets for the purpose of making money is strictly prohibited. It is possible to resell tickets through Biletti's own resale channel, which is available to all registered users.
If the buyer encounters a problem situation in the ticket payment process, or in another situation when using the site, the buyer must immediately contact customer service to resolve the problem situation.
