FAQ

I've lost my ticket — what should I do?

The ticket is sent to you via SMS and email. The sender is Biletti. Have you checked both, including all folders in your email like spam and other automatic filters?

If you still can't find your ticket, contact us at: customerservice@biletti.fi

Tickets bought after creating an account will appear in your account automatically. However, if you created your account after purchasing the ticket, it won't be added automatically.

If you want to use the Re-Sell function for a ticket bought before creating your account, contact us at: customerservice@biletti.fi

Can I return my ticket?

Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. However, you can sell your ticket through the Re-Sell function.

Can I exchange my ticket for another one?

Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. You can sell your ticket through the Re-Sell function and then purchase a new one. Please note that tickets bought for the wrong date or show cannot be exchanged, but they can be sold.

Can I upgrade my regular ticket to a VIP ticket?

Yes, if the event offers an upgrade option. You can upgrade your ticket by contacting us at: customerservice@biletti.fi

How can I resell my ticket?

You need a Biletti customer account. The account must be created before purchasing the ticket and with the same email address used for the ticket purchase.

If the event supports ticket resale, the Re-Sell function will appear in your account automatically.

Please note that tickets paid with cultural benefits (e.g., Edenred, Smartum, Epassi) cannot be refunded in cash but can be exchanged for a gift card of the same amount for other events on Biletti.

If you purchased a ticket before creating a Biletin customer account, please add your order to your account through your customer account. Log in to your customer account, enter your order number in the designated field, and add the missing order. You can find the order number on the order confirmation that was sent to your email.

Please note that ticket resale closes when the event starts. After that, it is no longer possible to buy or sell tickets.”

The event was canceled, what happens to my ticket? Will I get my money back?

The event organizer is responsible for informing about cancellations and refunding tickets.

Refunds can be arranged through Biletti or another method chosen by the organizer. Once the refund process is agreed upon with the organizer, Biletti will notify ticket buyers.

Please note that tickets paid with cultural benefits (e.g., Edenred, Smartum, Epassi) cannot be refunded in cash but can be exchanged for a gift card of the same amount for other events on Biletti.

I got sick and can't attend the event — can I return my ticket?

Sorry to hear you're sick. You can resell your ticket through the Re-Sell function if the event supports this feature. You need a Biletti customer account for this. If you bought the ticket before creating the account, contact us at: customerservice@biletti.fi

I tried to buy a ticket, but the payment process ended with an error

Sometimes errors can occur during payment if, for example, the connection between banks is temporarily down. Don't worry, your money is safe. Contact our customer service, and we will check if the charge went through and resolve your ticket issue.

Can I pay with Smartum, Epassi, or Edenred cultural benefits?

Yes. Online payments with Smartum, Epassi, and Edenred cultural benefits are possible. Note that this is only available for online payments; we cannot accept physical vouchers or payments made through mobile apps.

I bought my ticket elsewhere, can I sell it through Biletti?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment, and we cannot accept physical tickets purchased from other stores. However, we are working on this feature and exploring ways to support the resale of tickets bought from other sources in the future.
