I have lost my ticket — what should I do?

The ticket is sent to you both by text message and email with Biletti as the sender. Have you checked both your email and all folders, such as spam and other automatic sorting?

If you still cannot find your ticket despite searching, please contact: customerservice@biletti.fi

Tickets purchased after creating an account will automatically appear on your account. However, if you created an account only after purchasing a ticket, it will not automatically update to your account.

If you want to use the Re-Sell function for a ticket you purchased before creating an account, please contact: customerservice@biletti.fi

Can I return my ticket?

Tickets have no return or exchange rights. However, you can sell your ticket through the Re-Sell function.

Can I exchange my ticket for another ticket?

Tickets have no exchange or return rights. However, you can sell your ticket through the Re-Sell function and then purchase a new ticket. Please note that tickets purchased for the wrong date or wrong show cannot be exchanged either, but you can sell them.

Can I upgrade my regular ticket to a VIP ticket?

Yes, if the event has ticket upgrade option available. You can upgrade your ticket by contacting: customerservice@biletti.fi

How can I resell my ticket?

You must have a customer account in Biletti's online store. The account must be valid before purchasing the ticket and must be created with the same email address used to purchase the ticket.

If the event has ticket resale option available, the Re-Sell function will automatically appear on your account.

Please note that for tickets paid with culture benefits (e.g. Edenred, Smartum, Epassi), we cannot refund the resale to you in cash, but you will receive a gift card for the same amount, which you can use to purchase tickets to other events sold on Biletti.

If you purchased a ticket before creating a Biletti customer account, add your order to your account through your customer account. Log in to your customer account, enter your order number in the designated field and add the missing order. You can find the order number from the order confirmation sent to your email.

Please note that ticket resale closes when the event starts. After that, it is no longer possible to buy or sell tickets.

The event was cancelled, what happens to my ticket? Will I get my money back?

The event organizer is primarily responsible for event cancellation, ticket refunds and communication about it.

Refunds can be arranged either through Biletti or in another way chosen by the event organizer. When the refund process for the event has been agreed with the event organizer, Biletti will inform ticket purchasers about this.

Please note that for tickets paid with culture benefits (e.g. Edenred, Smartum, Epassi), we cannot refund the cancellation to you in cash, but you will receive a gift card for the same amount, which you can use to purchase tickets to other events sold on Biletti.

Assistant tickets

Assistant tickets usually cannot be purchased directly from the online store. Instead, you should contact Biletti.fi customer service either by phone or email. Customer service will help you reserve both your own ticket and an assistant ticket. Customer service serves at customerservice@biletti.fi and sales service number +358447356803. The call costs a regular mobile/landline call rate.

To obtain an assistant ticket, you may be asked to provide proof of the need for assistance. Such proof can be, for example, an EU disability card, assistant card or other similar document. This proof must be presented when arriving at the event.

Note event-specific practices: Free assistant tickets may not be available for all events, and in some events the assistant can enter with the same ticket as the assisted person, especially for wheelchair spaces. This practice is usually mentioned when purchasing tickets for that ticket type. In other cases, a separate but free ticket must be obtained for the assistant. Therefore, it is important to check event-specific instructions either from Biletti.fi's online store or by contacting customer service.

I got sick and can't attend the event — can I return my ticket?

Sorry to hear that you got sick. You can sell your ticket through the Re-Sell function if this function is available for the event. Please note that you need a Biletti customer account for this. If you purchased a ticket before creating a customer account, please contact: customerservice@biletti.fi

I tried to buy a ticket, but the payment process ended with an error message

Sometimes an error can occur during payment, for example if the connection between banks is temporarily not working. Don't worry, your money is safe. Contact our customer service and we will check together whether the charge went through and fix your ticket issue.

Can I pay with Smartum, Epassi or Edenred culture benefit?

Yes. Online payment works with Smartum, Epassi and Edenred culture benefits. However, please note that this only works with online payment, and we cannot accept physical culture vouchers or payments made through mobile apps.

I bought my ticket from somewhere other than Biletti, can I sell it through Biletti?

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible, and we cannot take physical tickets purchased from brick-and-mortar stores for sale. However, this is on our development list and we are considering how we could help with reselling tickets purchased elsewhere in the future.
